The USP/idea that I wanna get behind with my little mortgage business is offering loans in ten days. The industry takes three weeks if we’re hustling. Ten days is silly fast.
I have to find some idea built around “ten days,” to start to outsource/sell my business.
Something that gets to the heart of what i do immediately, and isn’t “Chris Does Loans.”
CDL is OK, but I want to not be the one originating. I want to have this be something that I can hand the keys off and receive a modest to substantial return for a while, as I tweak it.

I know that ideally the “brand” should not have the name of the product in the title. I get it, and I agree. I’m not really “branding,” i’m just identifying myself in a certain box. I’ll be registering a DBA but anyway, it’s what’s going on.
