Just to get “finished,” i’m going to be blogging for Real Estate/Morgtgage stuff over at www.tendayteam.com shortly.   I’ll be making a WP site, and I’m going to polish it up a little more.

The premise is this:  I will create a system that guarantees Realtors and their clients a way of closing stuff within 10 days, 100% of the time.  Right now, I’m only MOSTLY there, system wise.  I can do it, and there is room to improve it.   What I’m going to do though, is to become an authority on doing things FASTER.   Creating simple (non simplistic) systems that can shave man hours off of every single process.

By taking the mortgage time from 3 weeks to 10 (calendar) days, this will increased the perceived/actual service rendered,  give me a position to defend (I do things fast AND with good rates), and have something tangible to sell in the reddest ocean out there.

What am I selling?  Ridiculously GREAT, Realtor  oriented communication that includes the listing agent & 10 day service.  Can others do it?  Maybe so.
