Playing with the Gimp (I’m not shelling for Pshop, and I try to avoid stealing software) and I came up with this puppy. Not thrilled, but it chunks out the problem at least until I’m ready to shed weight and put my face all over the grid.
I’ll be thinking about what coherent eating plan I’ll have; I think 4 small meals/day at morning, mid morning, late afternoon + evening are the answer…and nothing else. By morning: i mean 6-7am. We’ll see.
