I'm starting a weight loss plan as well. I'm going to test out the one that Tim Ferriss has on his blog. He's got a diet, and workout plan of sorts. Here are the links to each. I will be implementing both into my weight loss program. I think diet is going to be the most important part of it. Depending on the results, I may also test out the Body 4 Life.

		<description>Andrea &#187; Hi.  No.  It can't hurt to look--I've been mentally (for selfish, not moral reasons) gravitating towards that track.  It's probably hard at first.  What's not hard is:  Avoiding white sugar, white flour, HFCS, red meat (or any meat eventually, but whatev), eating 4x daily.

I'll add it to the booklist + take it down.  Thanks for the encouragement.</description>

		<description>I would highly recommend the book Eat To Live. The author recommends mostly a vegan diet which can be difficult but it's hard to argue with his findings. It can't hurt to look right?</description>
