Haven’t been reading as much as I want; I found a copy of Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri, and that has occupied too much time.  My conclusion is this:  Never play videogames again alone that don’t cause you to do physical work.  SMAC feels like work, a little, and there are the seratonin releasing “achievements.”

I’ve got these in various half read states, and I’ve gotta spend more time away from the keyboard. 

A brief word about operations manuals

Right now, I’ve taken the ethos of the 4hWW and applied it to my job.  My assistant, Mike is able to handle all of the tasks but lead generation.  If LG is my only task, then we both make more money.  I can do this by creating an ops manual in google docs.  Now that Docs has a foddering system, it’s going to make that rock. Topics I have:

2. Service
3. Running an Appointment
1. Before the appointment
2. At the appointment
3. Followup
4. Lead follow up
5. Lead Generation
6. ROI tracking
7. Working with Realtors.
