Chris,
I love the blog, great stuff. I am starting a cold calling campaign to people facing foreclosure who may need our services. I am curious bout the script you use to get permission to call back. I have been trying to set the appointment the first time out and have not been having much luck. Keep up the good work.

Stay tuned, or send me $$. ;-) Anyway, I don’t game anyone, I basically throw people into 3 piles. The best people to talk to are Bill Rice and his crew at Kaliedico.

Hi Chris,

Wonderful! Will enjoy viewing this.

Would you consider setting up an RSS – video podcast feed for this and future posts? Would love to be able to have these automatically added to my iPod touch PDA-killer.

Yeah, I can. Do you know what video service does that?

Hi Chris,

This may help with concept: http://www.ehow.com/how_2036934_video-podcast.html

Basically, you save your video somewhere in a particular format, and create an RSS feed that points to it.

Even easier, you could use a service like this: http://www.podbean.com/ Seems to be free/very low cost.

Alec
