Seeing the need for freelance writing, they now offer freelance work for others locally. They now want to charge US for writing! We agree to pay for their services if they agree to pay for their college tuition. They've decided to continue writing for us for 'free!' :) I think freelance work is as much about selling yourself, as it is making yourself available when opportunity knocks.
