It took me 38 years to find the courage, but I no longer tolerate meanness from other people - either directed at me or at others. I'm not saying we all have to like or even agree with each other. But there's absolutely no reason to be mean or nasty. I won't tolerateit in others, and I absolutely don't tolerate it in my child. Great lesson to teach your kids - and I'm glad you were able to change and become someone who doesn't want it in his life.
