Fitness is a set of actions taken in concert.  

Diet, training, supplements.  

All of them conspire to help or hurt.

You can overcome a poor diet with good training, or poor training with a good diet. (To an extent).

Fitness is easily broken down to dos and don’ts. Do this, with THIS type of intensity.  Don’t do that.  Avoid those things.

Sales is similar. It’s time to become a sales monster. Do’s, don’ts, avoids.
