Wow! Great thought.

It got me thinking. My father shared with me something very interesting and similar too. He told me "Do you know the information and knowledge you are using to generate your income are already expired? This is not a bad thing. You are worrying too much about people stealing your idea. People who are doing the same work as you do few months ago taught those ideas to other people and already learning information that are newer than yours. They have gone to a different level."

He was not being sarcastic but trying to get rid of my fear to stop holding on to what I have so that I can let go and learn new ones. Don't know if it's related to the topic or not.

Thanks Chris... I believe in posting half formed ideas out there and iteratively improving on the ideas. I don't believe in stealth; since many people are thinking similarly, it's better to propose the idea and get feedback. If you look at either of my blogs, you'll see how my thinking about the <a href="http://mediatransparent.com/2008/12/04/incorporating-breaking-news-into-websites-to-make-them-compelling-reads/" title="paradigm of using frequent "breaking news"">paradigm of using frequent "breaking news" to capture consumer eyeballs have led to practical results in the development of Feedfuze and Homescopes.

I always enjoy reading your articles...
