		<description>I find that there is a balance of give and take on the Internet that is to be played out with caution. A lot of people will jump at the chance to have you donate to their contest (tons of those emails each week), but they only show up when they want something. Yet rarely do you see a comment or email on any of your posts from them randomly. Start small, is what I&#039;ve learned (the hard way unfortunately).</description>

		<description>That is quit a list, I think you sure touch on some important points like: &quot;easier to find a new client than to deal with dickheads,&quot; it is true.  20% of your clients will cause 80% of your headaches, I would agree it would be proper to let them go.</description>
