Thanks very much for the review of the Daylite CRM. I, too, had previously used ACT! and it worked quite well for me. However, there is a paucity of decent CRM software choices for those of us in the Mac world.

I expect that I will soon be purchasing Daylite, since I dearly miss having a CRM application.
