Speed IS everything. I just launched my service today on my website, in Spanish, without getting anybody to review it to make sure I had any grammatical errors (Spanish is my 2nd language so I still make a lot of mistakes). I didn't care. I just wanted to launch it. I was scared too, because I thought people would think I was ridiculous, and who was I to launch such a service, don't they know who I really am?
